Heather Johnston manages Powell Contracting's Special Projects Division. She is responsible for the growth and success of this team. 

 

Through her guidance and support, she has created a motivated team who takes pride in creating solutions for their customer's needs, roadside and beyond.

Heather's vision and energetic leadership have pushed the team to achieve many of their goals,
